Officials from government ministries and departments are receiving information and practical training on the latest version of “E‑Filing 3.0” at a workshop organized by the Ministry of Justice, aiming to further strengthen digital governance.

The Justice Department recently organized a comprehensive workshop, in which senior officials of government ministries and departments were trained on “E‑Filing 3.0: From Process to Practice”. The purpose of the program is to make government documentation and decision‑making faster, transparent, and secure through new technological capabilities and procedural improvements. The workshop discussed experiences of previous versions of e‑filing, current challenges, and the key changes in 3.0, which include advanced authentication, automated document classification, and data‑analytics‑based decision‑support tools.

During the workshop, senior officials and IT experts of the Justice Department demonstrated through practical demonstrations how the filing process can be simplified under the new system. Participants were introduced to ways of uploading documents in real time, tracking status, and receiving notifications. In addition, special attention was given to data security and privacy aspects, ensuring that sensitive information remains protected from unauthorized access.

The long‑term goal of this initiative is to deeply embed digital transformation in government operations, making administrative processes faster, transparent, and accountable. The Justice Department assured that in the coming months the program will be extended to other central and state governments as well, ensuring widespread adoption of e‑Filing 3.0 across the country.
