The President of India today officially inaugurated the “Global Spiritual Renewal” program of Brahma Kumaris in Vadodara, Gujarat. The main objective of the program was to promote spiritual consciousness on a global scale and to present a unified approach for the holistic development of humanity. During the opening ceremony, the President met with the senior leader of Brahma Kumaris, Pandit Maheshwar Ji, and discussed the international workshops and conferences that will be held under this program.

On the same day, the “Global Spiritual Palace” retreat center was also inaugurated at a prominent religious site in Vadodara. This retreat center will serve as a dedicated venue for spiritual practice, meditation, and psychological restoration. During the inauguration, the President said that “the integration of spirituality and psychological health can enrich society” and that “people from home and abroad will be inspired by this retreat to seek spiritual peace.”

The Brahma Kumaris organization, founded in 1936 by Dr. Gangan Ram Ji, is today a leader in spiritual education and social service worldwide. Its programs aim to awaken the inner spiritual qualities of individuals and to spread peace and unity in society. The opening of this new retreat center in Vadodara is expected to boost spiritual tourism in Gujarat and could become a new platform for presenting India’s cultural diversity to the world.
