The postal department, under its ‘Special Campaign 6.0’, has taken notable steps in the rapid resolution of customer complaints, improvement of office cleanliness, electronic waste disposal, and management of usable workplace space, resulting in a significant enhancement of service quality.

The postal department has recorded solid progress in four key areas under the recently launched “Special Campaign 6.0.” First, the complaint‑resolution system has been strengthened with a digital platform, reducing the average resolution time for customer complaints by 30 % from before. A new AI‑driven module classifies complaints and ensures prompt action, while an online tracking feature has increased transparency. Second, to enhance hygiene standards, regular inspections, automated cleaning equipment and eco‑friendly cleaning agents have been introduced in all post offices and headquarters. This initiative has reduced pathogenic risk in the workplace and improved employee job satisfaction.

Third, an integrated recycling network for electronic waste (e‑waste) disposal has been established, transporting old computers, printers and mobile devices to certified recycling centres. The department has safely disposed of approximately 1,200 tons of e‑waste annually in compliance with environmental regulations. Finally, under space management, the postal department has redesigned the layout of its major distribution centres, increasing storage capacity by 25 % and eliminating unnecessary physical space that obstructed workflow. New sorting lines and automated racking systems have accelerated package‑processing speed, improving timeliness in postal delivery.

These comprehensive measures have not only increased customer satisfaction but also aligned the department with the guidelines for digital transformation and environmental sustainability. Experts believe that the success of “Special Campaign 6.0” establishes a model for other government agencies, promoting efficiency and transparency in public service.
