The Justice Department, through Special Campaign‑6, not only cleaned up government offices to enhance cleanliness and efficiency, but also achieved notable progress in settling pending cases.

Special Campaign‑6, initiated by the Ministry of Law and Justice’s Department of Justice, which aimed to promote cleanliness in government offices and expedite the disposal of pending cases, was officially concluded successfully today. Under this campaign, intensive cleaning work, the latest waste‑management standards, and digital documentation systems were implemented in more than 150 government offices. This not only improved workplace hygiene but also recorded a 30 % increase in documentation and case‑management efficiency.

During the campaign, the Department of Justice formed a multi‑sectoral team comprising hygiene experts, IT professionals, and case‑management officers. They conducted hygiene training sessions, a waste‑sorting workshop, and a workshop on using the electronic case‑filing system in the offices. Additionally, special fast‑review sessions were held for pending cases, resulting in the disposal of more than 4,200 pending cases. A spokesperson for the Department of Justice stated, “This campaign is a crucial part of our efforts to enhance administrative efficiency and transparency. Cleanliness and order have boosted employee morale and facilitated workflow.”

The successful execution of this campaign signals a new height in operational efficiency and transparency in government offices. The Ministry of Law and Justice plans to apply the same model to other government departments in the next phase, so that standards for cleanliness and case management are uniformly established across the entire public administration.
